GAMECHANGERS

A gamechanger radically alters the path to a potential outcome. Overarching the many
ideas highlighted in bold font in the text of this document, the following shortlist represents initiatives that enable economic reconstruction and accelerate related efforts. The selected GAMECHANGERS also promise returns on public and private investment in the short, medium,
and long term.
